MIRRA BELLA policies
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how MIRRA BELLA Beauty Services and MIRRA BELLA Institute of Aesthetics collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website, contact us, enroll in education, or book a service.
Last updated: September 1, 2026
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, appointment details, enrollment information, messages, and payment-related transaction details. Payment card data is handled by the applicable payment provider and is not stored by this website.
We also collect limited website interaction information such as pages viewed, referring source, campaign parameters, device type, browser language, approximate country, clicks, video progress, form activity, and a pseudonymous visitor and session identifier. Our first-party website analytics service uses an IP address transiently to create a keyed security hash. The raw IP address is not stored in the site analytics table.
How information is collected
Information comes directly from you, from your browser when you use the website, and from service providers you choose to interact with, such as Vagaro for appointment booking and a payment provider for course enrollment.
How we use information
- Provide, schedule, and support salon services and educational programs
- Respond to questions and communicate about a requested service
- Understand which pages and sources help visitors find the right service
- Measure website performance, detect abuse, and improve the visitor experience
- Maintain business records and meet legal obligations
Service providers and disclosure
We may disclose information to vendors that help us operate the business, including website hosting and security providers, first-party analytics infrastructure operated for MIRRA BELLA, Google Analytics when you allow it, Vagaro, payment processors, and communication providers. Their handling of information is also governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the current website analytics system for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies, local storage, and Do Not Track
The website uses browser local storage and similar first-party technology to maintain pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers, remember attribution, and retry unsent analytics events. When you open the booking system, a limited booking context, such as the selected service and source page, may be retained for up to 12 hours so the website can recognize a successful return from the booking provider. This context does not contain payment card data or the appointment form details you provide to Vagaro. The site does not currently use third-party advertising or remarketing pixels.
Google Analytics remains blocked until you select Allow analytics. If you select Only necessary, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded. Your selection is saved in your browser and can be changed later using the Privacy choices button.
Because there is no universally accepted standard for browser Do Not Track signals, the website does not change its first-party analytics behavior in response to that signal. We do not use this analytics system to follow you across unaffiliated websites.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, business records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Retention can differ by record type and by the systems used for booking, payments, and education.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information MIRRA BELLA controls. Depending on applicable law and the nature of the record, some information may need to be retained. To make a request, email mariia@mirra-bella.com or call (213) 728-0005. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to MIRRA BELLA, California residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service when exercising those rights. MIRRA BELLA does not presently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through the website.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Questions may be sent to mariia@mirra-bella.com.
